St. John’s Green Team invites all parishioners to take part in our ongoing work to care for God’s creation and to live more fully into our call as faithful stewards of the earth. Whether you’re passionate about sustainability or simply curious and willing to learn, there is a place for you.
🌱 Green Team Meetings
We meet on the 3rd Sunday of every month at 12:15 PM sharp in the Library.
Our next meeting will be Sunday, February 15.
These gatherings are open to everyone and focus on education, parish initiatives, and practical ways we can make a difference together.
🌿 4th Annual Native Plant Sale
Our Native Plant Sale returns for its fourth year! Native plants support local ecosystems, pollinators, and sustainable landscaping practices.
Sale dates:
- Saturday, February 14 – Sunday, March 29
- Available after Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday services
Stop by, learn more about native plants, and take something home to nurture creation right in your own yard.
🚮 Adopt-a-Street Litter Pick-Ups
Join us as we care for our wider neighborhood through regular litter pick-ups. All are welcome—families, individuals, and first-timers!
