According to the By-laws of the Parish, the Vestry consists of nine persons who have been duly elected by the parish to serve three-year terms. Three vestry persons are elected at the Annual Meeting each year. The Rector appoints the Senior Warden, and the Vestry elects its Junior Warden, Clerk of the Vestry, and Parish Treasurer. Regular meetings of the Vestry are held monthly and additionally as needed. Unless otherwise announced, Vestry meetings are open to any member of the parish.
